“Lovie”, my Grandmother who turns 72 today.
This woman is my inspiration and everything I wish to be. My Great-Grandfather always reversed the numbers in our age, it’s a little traditional thing that we carry on. And even on her birthday, she’s still worried about my tuition bill. & Yes, she calls me “Smile”.
I can only pray to grow to be as giving, sweet, and humble as she is.
Just left my first yoga class! Almost stood on my head. Y’all can’t tell me shit. This is everything I need and then some.

Treated myself to a new laptop today, with Windows8. I’m skeptical of PC’s, period, but it’ll do until I have the money for a Macbook. It’s weird and I keep swiping the stupid touchpad making it change screens. Windows8 is basically Windows7 + Apps + Swiping ability… Nothing “fancy”.
Anyhow, prepare for lots of face spam on your Dashboard.

it’s only tuesday.
My boss gave me a gift certificate to a yoga studio here in CT today. It was my “Holiday” gift from the company. Pretty sweet, and surprising since they’re pretty scattered & crazy. Lol.
I get 1 private session with the instructor and then 10 group studio sessions. My boss is going to take me to meet the instructor this week because I’m shy (shhhh) and I don’t do people well. So I’m super excited. Ironically, I meditated this morning for about 30mins.
This world is crazy. But this has made me really happy.
I keep wondering, how many people do you need to be, before you can become yourself.
In other news, my coworker just found more porn on our bosses computer. This is the 2nd computer we’ve rebuilt for him. And it’s the 2nd time we’ve discovered porn, bookmarked porn, & porn related viruses on his tower.
Funny & Skeeved at the same time. O_o
So my boss setup his old Dell tower for me to use while waiting for the Mac to be sent.

Last year I received notice that I couldn’t get my transcripts released from my old school because I had a balance with Student Accounts. All of my other loans were deferred because I can’t afford to pay them but this $3,593.08 balance had to be paid or if it went into collection, the school would place a hold on my account and I would have to pay the balance, plus interest from whatever collection agency they sent it to. So I arranged a payment plan to pay $67 every month. Time wise, it would take me over 4 years to pay that off at that rate.
Currently, I owe $1,115.
I’m proud of myself, that I was able to pay this alone. But usually I do this by taking money from one bill and paying that one, since this agreement is a one-time offering from my old school. I want to get this paid off by my birthday. Most importantly, I want to graduate while I still have my Grandmother “Lovie” here with me.
Anyhow, I’ve set up a Paypal account for anyone that wants to help me out.
$1, $2, $5, $20… Whatever you can give, no amount it “too small”.
